Brice Dupuis, du CRA-W, et Christian Ducattillon, du CARAH, présentent leurs activités concernant la pomme de terre dans le cadre du programme VETAB. Ils testent (B. Dupuis en laboratoire puis C. Ducattillon au champ) des produits anti-mildiou utilisables en agriculture biologique et alternatifs au cuivre. Les participants à VETAB travaillent aussi sur la tolérance variétale aux maladies, mildiou notamment. Brice Dupuis, of the CRA and Christian Ducattillon, of the CARAH, give a presentation of their potato-related activities within the framework of the VETAB programme. Both have carried out tests (B. Dupuis under laboratory conditions and C. Ducattillon in the field) of products for the control of late blight which can be used in organic farming and which represent an alternative to copper. The participants in VETAB, which promotes cross-frontier initiatives in organic farming, are also working on the tolerance of different varieties to certain diseases, especially late blight.
